Abenteuer in der Küche...

Kokos-Koriander Chutney

300 ml Joghurt
100 g frischer Koriander
100 g geraspelte Kokusnuss
5 Knoblauchzehen
2 kleine rote Chillies
2 EL Olivenöl
Salz

Joghurt mit Kokosraspeln mischen, Koriander kleinschneiden und unterrühren. Mit Salz würzen und Olivenöl hinzugeben. Die Chillies klein schneiden und zum Schluss hinzugeben, alles nochmal gut durchrühren- fertig!
