Abenteuer in der Küche...


500 g Kürbis
1 Zwiebel
1 l Gemüsebrühe
1 EL Margarine oder Butter
3 EL Joghurt
1 Ei
Den Kürbis schälen und und in Würfel schneiden. Zwiebel klein schneiden und in heißer Butter oder Margarine anschwitzen lassen, den Kürbis hinzufügen, alles gut verrühren. Ca. 10 Minuten zugedeckt dünsten. Gemüsebrühe aufgießen. Mit Salz und geriebener Muskatnuß würzen. Das ganze ca. 45 Minuten kochen. Den Topf von der Kochstelle entfernen, Suppe mit pürierstab pürieren. In einer Schüssel 3 EL Joghurt und ein Ei vermischen und der Suppe hinzugeben – fertig!
