Hähnchenbrust Dip mit Joghurt


  • 1 Hähnchenbrust
  • 1 Zwiebel
  • 1 Lorbeerblatt
  • 500 g Joghurt
  • 3 Knoblauch
  • 150 g gemahlene Walnuss
  • 1/2 Bund Petersilien
  • 2 Frühlingszwiebeln
  • 1/2 TL Chili
  • 1 EL Oliven Öl
  • Salz und Pfeffer

Hähnchenbrust mit Zwiebeln, Lorbeerblatt Salz und Pfeffer mit ca. 2 Tassen Wasser aufkochen. Abkühlen lassen, anschließend das Fleisch in kleine dünne Stücke schneiden. Gemahlene Walnüsse und alle restlichen Zutaten zusammen mit der Hähnchenbrust unter den Joghurt mischen, mit  Salz und Pfeffer würzen. Mit etwas Olivenöl und Paprika garnieren und anschließend servieren. Dazu passt Weißbrot oder Pide.
