Avocado – Salsa

  • 1 Limette
  • 3 EL Olivenöl
  • Salz und Pfeffer
  • 1 Zwiebel
  • 2 Frühlingszwiebeln
  • 1 Chilischote
  • 1 Tomate
  • 1/2 reife Avocado
  • 2 EL gehackte Petersilie
  • 1 EL frische Minze
  • 1/2 Gurke
  • 2 EL Granatapfelsirup
  • 1/2 Bund Rucola

Die Schale der Limette zu 1/2 TL fein abreiben, Limettensaft auspressen und mit Olivenöl, Granatapfelsirup, Salz und Pfeffer verrühren. Zwiebel, Frühlingszwiebeln, Chilischote, Gurke und die Tomate fein würfeln. 1/2 Avocado schälen und klein würfeln. Petersilie und Minze fein hacken. Rucola klein schneiden und anschließend alles mit der Vinaigrette mischen und servieren.
