
- 600 g Tomaten
- 10-15 g Ingwer, gerieben
- Saft einer halben Zitrone
- 250 g Zucker
Die ungeschälten Tomaten kleinschneiden, den Ingwer kleinreiben und alles in einem Topf auf niederiger Stufe aufkochen lassen. Sobald die Tomaten wässrig erscheinen, den Topfinhalt mit einem Handmixer pürieren, Zucker und Zitronensaft hinzugeben, anschließend gut umrühren. Auf mittlerer Stufe ca. 30 min. weiter kochen lassen. Die Marmelade abkühlen lassen und in Gläser abfüllen.

Its like you read my mind! You seem to know so much about this, like you wrote the book in it or something. I think that you can do with some pics to drive the message home a little bit, but other than that, this is wonderful blog. A great read. I will definitely be back.
