Ingwer (Walnuss grösse)
500 g Gelierzucker 2:1
Pfirsiche in stückchen schneiden. Ingwer klein reiben. Ingwer und Pfirsiche mit 500 g Gelierzucker vermischt zugedeckt 3-4 Stunden durchziehen lassen. Unter Rühren 15-20 Minuten kochen lassen.
