Abenteuer in der Küche...

Aprikosen Marmelade

  • 500 g Aprikosen
  • 200 g Zucker oder brauner Zucker
  • Saft einer halben Zitrone

Die Aprikosen waschen, entkernen und in kleine Stücke schneiden. In einem Topf mit Zucker mind. 1 Std. ruhen lassen.
Anschließend Zitronensaft hinzugeben und das ganze bei mittlerer Stufe für ca. 30 – 45 Minuten aufkochen lassen, zwischendurch mmer wieder umrühren. Die Marmelade anschließend in Gläser abfüllen und abkühlen lassen.

  5. certainly like your website but you need to check the spelling on quite a few of your posts. Many of them are rife with spelling problems and I to find it very troublesome to inform the reality then again I’ll certainly come again again.
