Hähnchen mit Zuckerrübensirup

  • 12 Hähnchenunterkeulen
  • 6 – 7 Kartoffeln
  • 7 EL Zuckerrübensirup
  • 4 EL Ketchup
  • 5-6 EL Öl
  • Salz und Pfeffer
  • 4-5 Knoblauch
  • 2 Chili

Kartoffeln ungeschält in spalten schneiden. Kartoffeln und Hähnchenkeulen müschen, kräftig salzen und pfeffern.
Zuckerrübensirup, Ketcup, Öl, gepresste Knoblauch und Chili in einer großen Schüssel miteinander verrühren. Hähnchen und Kartoffeln dazugeben und gut mit der Marinade mischen. Ein Backblech mit Backpapier belegen, Keulen und Kartoffeln darauf verteilen. Im vorgeheiten Ofen bei 200 Grad ca. 40 Minuten braten.
