Abenteuer in der Küche...


  • 500-600 gr. Rindfleisch
  • 1 Zwiebel
  • 2-3 EL Öl
  • Salz, Pfeffer
  • 150 ml Apfelsaft
  • 150 ml Rinderbrühe
  • 3-4 festkochende Kartoffeln
  • 1 Hokkaido Kürbis
  • 4 Stiele Thymian
  • 1 Apfel
  • 1 Dose Tomaten

Fleisch in große Würfel schneiden. Zwiebel grob würfeln. Öl in einem Topf erhitzen und das Fleisch hellbraun anbraten. Zwiebeln zugeben und 2-3 Min. anbraten. Salz, Pfeffer, Tomaten, Saft und Brühe zugießen und zugedeckt bei mittlerer Hitze ca. 45 Min. garen. Kartoffeln schälen und in grobe Stücke schneiden. Kürbis (ungeschält) grobe Stücke schneiden. Apfel vierteln, entkernen und in kleine Würfel schneiden. Kartoffeln, Kürbis, Apfel und Thymian zum Fleisch geben und 20 Min. garen.
