Abenteuer in der Küche...

Gefüllte (mit Fleisch) Paprika

Paprika ca. 2 Stück pro Person
250 gr. Hackfleisch (Rind oder Hammelfleisch)
2 Zwiebeln
2 Tomaten
½ Esslöffel Tomatenmarkt
½ Tasse Reis
1 Esslöffel Margarine
Salz und Pfeffer

Zubereitung wie bei gefüllten Weinblättern.
Wichtig: Die Paprika vorher nicht kochen.
