Sardellen in Salz einlegen

  • 7 Kg Sardellen
  • 3 – 4 Kg Meersalz

Köpfe und Eingeweide entfernen, die Fische waschen abtropfen lassen. Jeweils eine Schicht Fische und eine Schicht Salz abwechselnd in ein Glas einlegen. Zwischendurch alles gut platt drücken.  In ca. sieben Tagen sind die Sardellen fertig zum Essen.
