Gebratene Muscheln

3 Eiweiß
1 Paket Backpulver
Salz und Pfeffer
1 Kg Miesmuschelfleisch

Eiweiß mit Backpulver schlagen. Salz und Pfeffer hinzugeben.
Muscheln darin wenden und in heisser Pfanne mit Öl braten. Mit grünem Salat servieren.
