200g Zucker
200g Schlagsahne
2EL Amaretto
Mango schälen und in kleine Würfel schneiden. Anschließend die Mangowürfel in den Mixer geben und zu einer cremigen Masse verrühren. 200g Zucker und, je nach Geschmack, ca. 2 EL Amaretto hinzugeben. Die Sahne in einer anderen Schüssel solange schlagen, bis sie fest wird, dann unter die Mangomasse rühren. Ca. 1 Stunde im Kühlschrank ziehen lassen.
